MEASURING PERSONAL EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

The PeopleIndex is a comprehensive self-evaluating tool which helps in recognising, understanding, managing personal feelings and behavioural styles.
The PeopleIndex – based on the broadly accepted model of Emotional Intelligence – measures 17 competencies in the following areas:

  • Self-awareness
  • Self-management
  • Social awareness
  • Relationship management

WHAT DOES PEOPLEINDEX MEASURE?

The PeopleIndex questionnaire is the self-evaluating version of the Emotional IntelligenceView360 assessment.

The detailed report of PeopleIndex describes personal strengths, crucial social, interpersonal and communicational competencies. The personal report compares the results of the self-evaluation with a normative database (containing data of 2000 people). These comparisons are shown in a graphic format and are used to develop a personal action plan.

The PeopleIndex test is mainly used in leadership coaching-, development, management trainings at any level of the organisation.

The author of PeopleIndex is Kenneth M. Nowack, Ph.D., licensed psychologist and researcher. His outstanding works expand from the fields of 360° assessments, emotional intelligence and work-health. Dr. Nowack is the member of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations established by Daniel Goleman.
