FACET5 – THE BIG FIVE PERSONALITY MODEL IN THE WOLD OF WORK
Facet5 is a personality model which helps to understand the structure of personality, the behaviour, the motivation and the ambitions by measuring the basic dimensions of the personality. The test is based on researches and experiences in personality theories and executive development. It is easy to use and understand because it uses everyday language.
 

FACET5 MEASURES

The test measures the 5 universal basic dimensions and 13 subfactors of the personality according to the Big5 concept. It gives an insight on how these structures have an effect on the work.
